Frequently Asked Questions

We deliver our seeds WORLDWIDE, however we strongly advise you check regulations regarding marijuana seeds in your country prior to ordering, as we will not be held responsible for any legal problems resulting from your purchase.

We charge a flat shipping fee per order, regardless of the number of cannabis seeds you buy. *All prices are reflected in USD.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Canada ($10) – orders should arrive within 5 – 14 working days.

USA ($10) – orders should arrive within 5 – 14 working days.

UK/France ($40) – please allow 14 – 21 working days for delivery.

Rest of The World  (By postal) – please allow up to 25 working days for delivery.

All orders are fully trackable. Signature on delivery is not required.

After your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number with your Shipping Confirmation e-mail. Click the link in the e-mail to track your parcel at www.canadapost.com or www.usps.com

All of our seeds are sent in their original breeders packaging, unless you request their removal. We also reserve the right to remove the seeds from original packaging to ensure a safe delivery or to send as testers or gifts. If we send seeds out of their packs, they will be labeled and shipped in crush proof packing the same way as our breeders packs,

All products are packed in crush proof plastic vials and shipped in plain envelopes. This ensures that they arrive with you protected and in perfect condition.

Envelopes have only your address details, a stamp and the bar code label for tracking. We do not write what the actual contents are or put our company name on the envelope.

If you do not receive your goods within the estimated times listed above, please contact your postal service with your tracking number, as they might be holding your package. Once you have done so without success, please contact us, we will make enquiries to try and track down your parcel into with the relevant postal service. If we are unsuccessful then we cannot be held responsible for the mail service and your quarrel is with them.

Should you not be at home when a delivery is attempted, your postman will leave a slip through your door and your package will be returned to your closest main post office, waiting for collection. If you do not collect your parcel it will be either returned to Omuerta Genetix, or it will be lost!

If a package gets returned we will make an attempt to deliver again at your cost if the mistake is not ours.
